Loyalty New Zealand is New Zealand’s expert in loyalty, and runs the largest and most comprehensive coalition loyalty programme in New Zealand – Fly Buys. In addition to this Loyalty New Zealand undertakes a range of marketing services for clients including marketing campaigns and customer insights, analytics, modelling and reporting under its brand LAB360.
Our Marketing team is at the heart of Loyalty – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager - Direct to join them, bringing the Fly Buys brand to life for members.

The Marketing Manager - Direct is a strategic role, but also a ‘get your hands dirty job’ – suiting someone who loves to get to the heart of consumer behaviour, and use these insights to design and deliver campaigns. The Marketing Manager - Direct will be someone with an innate customer focus.
We’re looking for someone with at least 6 years’ experience in a related field – with specific experience in direct and digital marketing. You will enjoy using data to shape campaigns and be able to build effective ongoing relationships with stakeholders.
You’ll need to have worked in fast-paced environments (either inhouse or agency) and be a natural when it comes to stakeholder management and working collaboratively… and independently!
You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and direct marketing – and you’ll keep yourself up-to-date with what’s happening in the industry. We have pre-defined processes that you will need to be comfortable working within – but you’ll also be adaptable and open to change, proactively contributing new ideas to help us stay ahead of the game.
Managing priorities and meeting deadlines to deliver on promises will come naturally. You will be able to think laterally and analytically – making quality decisions based on insights and data. Our marketing teams work closely together – so you’ll be able to collaborate with ease and put team goals first.
